Right now, we seek a tenacious Senior Recruiter for our IT Division.  The ideal candidate will have direct experience working as an IT staff recruiter. You will place IT professionals in contract, contract to permanent, and permanent positions.  This is a great opportunity to join one of hardest working and most successful Teams.

 

What we ask of you:

Be the Recruiter whose call you would return.

 

Leverage your current network, online social network, blogs, and in-house ATS system to source and secure ‘A’ quality candidates for both permanent and contract opportunities.

 

Ascertain candidate qualifications; Match to appropriate opportunity; Counsel them through the process, and Close the deal.

 

Be the subject matter expert about your business both for your candidates and for your Team.

 

Do the detail and administrative work needed to maintain the integrity of the ATS and facilitate your candidate’s hiring process.
