Job description:-

Position:- Human resource director

General Duties:

This position is part of the executive management team of Artech, responsible for all human resources activities within the organization. The Human Resources Director will recommend and manage the establishment, organization, update and implementation of company policies as well as planning and implementation of personnel management policies such as workforce planning and development, training and benefits, compensation, safety and so forth. Will ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develops and coordinates human resource policies and programs.

Specific Duties:

 Understand the strategic business plan to prepare and plan resource plan to execute the company¡¦s goals;

 Proposes policies for the establishment and maintenance of personnel policies and records including employee relations,

compensation, benefits, safety and health, and government reporting and compliance;

 Organizes and implements 180 and/or 360 degree feedback program for corporate employees;

 Organizes policy for consultant performance appraisals and salary reviews;

 Administers and makes recommendations for company benefits;

 Makes recommendations on candidates for corporate positions in conjunction with business unit heads;

 Creates and implements Employee development and training programs;

 Ensures the establishment and maintenance of employee files and records. Also ensures that all client specific paperwork is received and is complete;

 Ensures that all subcontractor files are complete and negotiated in line with company policies;

 Understands HRIS needs and implements a program;

 Owns, and delivers on employee retention and morale targets;

 Demonstrates a balanced view of employees¡¦ and management¡¦s priorities without adverse impact on the organization.

 

Position Requirements:

The position requires good interpersonal skills and good planning skills.

Other requirements include:

Degree/ Formal Training: The candidate is a HR major, preferably with a MBA;

Years of experience: At least 5 years in a HR leadership or 5 + years in middle management role in a corporate environment;

Industry experience: IT consulting industry will be preferred;

Computer Training/proficiency: Expertise in MS-Office is required.
