Clinical One is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to work in our Case Management Division.

Position Purpose

The Case Management Recruiter's primary responsibilities are focused on the proactive recruiting and interviewing of temporary healthcare candidates for staffing/placement within Vedior NA and Clinical One client companies. 

Essential Functions

•  Have the flexibility to identify and respond quickly to changes in priorities.
•  Generate new candidates by using all possible recruitment methods. Examples include: direct sourcing, internet mining, database searches, call lists, direct mail, networking etc...
•  Maintain production standards as set forth by Management
•  Maximize use of existing database.
•  Answer ad response calls and pre-qualify temporary applicants.
•  Verification of applicant credentials in conjunction with job descriptions.
•  Conduct new employee phone interviews, pre-qualification, pre-close, and close. 
•  Develop relationships with On-Site coordinators and clients as needed.
•  Develop candidate referrals and client leads
•  Remain educated and updated on industry trends and events
•  Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

•  College Degree
•  Previous Call Center, Sales or Recruiting/Staffing Experience Desired
•  Comfort with Microsoft Office
•  Excellent Soft Skills
