Cleveland Based Construction Company needs Commercial Project Manager that has at least 7 to 10 years experience with at least 5 of them in the Healthcare Industry. Candidate must provide list of Hospital projects they were responsible for from cradle to grave.Successful candidate must have a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. There will be no Supstitutions regarding this credential.Experience must be in ground up and renovation.Excellant pay and benefits.
