Healthcare Business Administrator

Our client, a prestigious medical school in Milwaukee, is looking to add a Healthcare Business Administrator to their team due to tremendous growth. This is a rare opportunity to work in conjunction with executive level management on unique and interesting research projects dedicated to advancing the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disease and injury.  The right candidate will be afforded an exciting opportunity to assist in shaping a newly created role.  An above average, generous compensation package will be offered.

 

 

The available position is responsible for the following:

  Attending meetings with the Dean and the Senior Vice President to identify  project deliverables Reviewing financial data and performing financial analysis Completing projects that involve: Medical school application rates Reviewing profitability of programs Accurately preparing proposals

 

Desired Qualifications include:

  Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance or related field 5-7 years of progressively responsible healthcare related project experience Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook Proficient understanding of healthcare and financial vocabulary Strong ability to think independently, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively, both written and verbal
