Job Description
As a Sales Account Manager, you will facilitate business development by prospecting for new clients using different techniques like cold calling different hospitals and medical facilities nationwide, lead generation, recommending services and solutions to prospective clients and managing existing clients. You must become familiar with the requirements and policies of each facility to assist with client relations and problem solving.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients
- Negotiating contracts and bill rates
- Scheduling interviews for qualified candidates and facilitating job offers
- Maintain several accounts ensuring excellent customer service as well as proper development of future business

Qualifications
Previous sales, staffing, recruiting or healthcare experience is not required but highly desirable. We will provide a comprehensive training and mentor program. The perfect candidate will be able to close sales, handle pressure, problem solve quickly, posses computer skills, independent judgment, interviewing and people skills, and competitive drive.
