HRIS ANALYST
Our Client located in the Boston area is looking for an HRIS Analyst to support their HR Team. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of human resources systems activities associated with employee information, retrieval capabilities and reporting. This person will work closely with human resources, and IS staff to design, implement, troubleshoot and modify new and existing human resource information systems to meet changing requirements. The HRIS Analyst will use technical and administrative skills, to provide leadership, productivity, organization, and efficiency to the Human Resources department. In addition this person will also, manage the HR database, data reporting, office workflow, and documentation, provide systems analysis, debugging, and technical consulting and training on all new software installations, and be the technical liaison to the IT department, as well as providing general computer system training and support to all of HR.
Requirements:
· A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science is required with a minimum of five to seven years experience working with HRIS software applications and object oriented databases.
· Direct experience with PeopleSoft 8.9 at a minimum and general understanding of HR Operations.
