Go from Classroom to Boardroom!

Do You Want to Make Coffee or Decisions?Go from Classroom to Boardroom. If you are looking for an entry-level position that can accelerate your career faster than you’ve ever imagined, then Kaye/Bassman is the place for you. “Developing the next generation ofExecutive Search Consultants” The Executive Search Industry. What is it? Let me start by telling you what it is NOT. It is NOT about temporary staffing or dealing with low-level positions. Executive Search is at a completely different level. Our clients are some of America’s leading organizations, including many Fortune 500 companies. It is often their Senior Management, CEOs, CFOs, or Vice Presidents who hire us to identify, recruit and hire mid-level to senior executive talent. In return, the company pays our firm approximately 35% of an executive’s first year salary for locating and assisting them in hiring these people.   Kaye/Bassman International (KBIC) has been successfully helping organizations discover and hire executive talent for over twenty years and has grown to become one of the top retained executive search firms in America. The Dallas Business Journal recognizes KBIC as the #1 Executive Retained Search Firm in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as well as being the #1 "Best Place to Work" for the years 2004, 2005, and 2006 and Texas Monthly Magazine awarded Kaye/Bassman “The Best Company to Work for in Texas” for 2005. We are the largest retained search firm in Texas and one of the top twenty-five in the nation. We are seeking to grow the next generation of top Executive Search Consultants. As a Search Consultant at Kaye/Bassman you will have the chance to use all of your research, negotiation, organization and sales skills in this position.  Few industries allow someone to succeed as significantly and rapidly as executive search. There aren’t many opportunities that allow you to make six figures without going to law or medical school. You need to be smart, but your GPA or background isn’t what will determine your success. It is your work ethic, ability to connect and relate to people and understand what motivates them. When you boil it down…you are a high level matchmaker for businesses. Your clients need people with a certain background, skill, etc. Your mission is to research that industry, identify top people who meet those requirements, establish relationships and reach out to people on behalf of your client. You goal is to present your client’s position and when there is a good match, convince an executive that your client’s opportunity will help them make more money, allow them more freedom or challenge, and meet their personal or professional goals.  Many of the successful people who started in this role, had zero search experience prior to their first day at Kaye/Bassman, and have risen become Managing Partner and consistently make over six figures… but it takes hard work and it all begins now. Kaye/Bassman offers one of the only true entry level training programs in the executive search industry. We are currently seeking assertive, self-confident, organized, independent, and fearless team players for entry into our exclusive executive recruiting training program. Annually, each team member receives over 140 hours of formal training. This position will be based at our corporate HQ in Plano, Texas. The perfect candidate will have a desire for or experience in any aggressive sales capacity, including retail, food service, hospitality, or college athletics. If you are disciplined, fearless, thick-skinned, have a competitive fire and want to do well for yourself, while helping others…contact us.  Learn more at www.kbic.com and send your resume to careers@kbic.com and view our presentation.  “recruiter”, “executive search”, “account executive”, “headhunter”, “search consultant”, “sales”, “staffing”, “business to business”, “b2b”, “legal”, “consumer products”, “construction”, “real-estate”, “energy”, “banking”, “electronic manufacturing”, “asset management”, “finance”, “healthcare”, “nursing”, “pharmacy”, ”military”, “insurance”, “retail”, “pharmaceuticals”
