92737 Global Compensation Manager Prestigious global management consulting firm located in downtown Boston is seeking a high caliber Compensation Manager to join their Human Resources team. The successful candidate will partner with and act as an advisor to global team members on all compensation related issues and design compensation programs that will attract top talent in the industry. This role will focus on both the operations and design elements of compensation. The ideal candidate will possess experience working in professional services or an Human Resources consulting firm and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Additional requirements include: Bachelor's Degree. 5+ years of compensation experience, global corporation experience is preferred. Excellent presentation, communication and organization skills required. Proven analytical and multi-tasking skills.
