General / Sales Manager
Temporary labor service with 30 years of experience and "know how". Daily, we recruit, dispatch and deliver thousands of workers to businesses throughout the Southern United States. Our expertise is providing workers for manual labor, industrial and construction jobs.
Must be willing to relocate to Florida or Texas.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leading a strong sales and marketing effort. Closing new accounts Maintaining and growing existing clients. Overseeing and making certain that a high level of customer service is maintained. Overseeing and making certain a highly competent and professional branch staff is maintained. Implementing and following company policies.
Job Requirements:Minimum 5 years sales management or business management. Staffing industry experience preferred. Experience in the temporary labor business a plus. Outside sales experience. High school graduate. Strong work ethic. Branch opens at 5:00 am and sometimes involves long hours, nights and weekends. Must be willing to relocate to Florida or Texas. Must be a "people person". Positive attitude. Must have excellent verbal / communication skills. Above average math skills. Excellent customer service skills Basic computer skills. Must maintain a professional appearance. Bi-lingual a plus, but not mandatory. Self motivated, productive while unsupervised.
