Our General Manager will be expected to lead, manage and motivate some of the best and brightest in the Direct Hire and Staffing business and drive the growth in this lucrative market as well as streamline our business operations to optimize our profitability and success. The GM will provide leadership, management and vision and is responsible for the overall administration and business operations to include personnel and fiscal management.  The primary responsibilities include:

·  Oversee Midtown’s day to day operations and drive us to achieve and surpass business goals and objectives

·  Coordinate and liaise with Midtown’s Marketing and PR representatives and lead Midtown’s campaigns and promotions

·  Create and administer Midtown’s financial strategies to ensure financial strength and operational efficiencies.  Manage accounting and collections.

·  Spearhead vendor management and contract negotiations with all contracted vendors including but not limited to property management and leasing, IT, financial, and control systems.

·  Manage human resources and provide overall guidance, leadership and administration of polices, benefits administration, and continued development and implementation of Midtown’s operational procedures.

Consideration for this position will require a college degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.   Staffing industry experience is desired for this leadership role. This position requires an experienced individual with a motivating approach, a proven track record, leadership abilities, and organizational, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
