Our office is in need of a high-energy, dedicated Administrative Assistant to take ownership of the front desk and support our busy staff.  You must be able to multi-task, organized and customer service oriented.  Responsibilities include:* Wide variety of tasks and projects * Answering busy phones * Client and candidate contact * Entering data into the computer * Internet research * Daily, weekly and monthly reporting * Creating flyers, presentations and promotional materials * Filing * Various projects as assignedThis position carries a high level of responsibility and a commitment to our business and staff.  This position will bring you many rewards and challenges! Required Skills:Applicants must enjoy dealing with people and should have strong computer skills. Solid MS Word, MS Excel & Internet skills are a must. PowerPoint, database & previous reception/general office experience are all strong plusses.  We will train on our specialized software.
