We require MCSE or MCSE or CNE Certified administrator. Microsoft NOS, networking experience with Microsoft, Prefer MCP or CNA certification. Bilingual (French / English) required, Copier Network Technician a plus (Toshiba, Xerox, Cannon, Ricoh, Kyocera, Sharp, Konica).Take dealer technician calls on digital copiers connected to various network environments. (Win 200x, NT, Novell, Mac etc.) Troubleshoot networking issues over the phone. Carefully document each call in a call-tracking database. Follow up on any open tickets to ensure proper call closure. Networking help desk experience with Networking.Novell networking knowledge a plus.
