Job Description


The Facility Team Leader will be responsible for conducting the effective operation of their department.  This includes; planning work & maintenance support, setting team goals and expectations, evaluating results, and conducting performance reviews.  He or She will also be responsible for representing the company with customers and suppliers.




Qualification


Candidate must have:

* 4-year Materials related degree or equivalent work experience. (B.S.C.E. is Preferred).

* Minimum 5-7 years leadership experience..

* Paper making experience.

* Strong technical troubleshooting experience with the ability to conduct trial runs for 
  processing equipment.

* Strong experience working with industrial equipment.







Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Our Client Company
