External Reporting Manager

Then this External Reporting Manager role with large, publicly traded Service Provider on the South Shore may be the ideal next step for you! Reporting to the CAO, the External Reporting Manager will primarily be responsible for the preparation of required SEC reporting including 10-K, 10-Q's, Proxy, and 8-K's. In addition, the Manager will provide accounting and reporting research and analysis, take part in quarterly reviews and annual audit, participate in M&A activity, and keep abreast of new accounting and regulatory developments and determine their impact on the firm. Position requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA. 7-10 years of related accounting experience ? some of which must have been at a national or large regional public accounting firm. Exceptional technical accounting skills with expert knowledge of SEC, FASB and GAAP pronouncements. Outstanding deductive, communication and interpersonal skills.
