Description In response to an expanding client base, COMFORCE is seeking an EXPERIENCED ITRECRUITER to fill contract positions for our IRVINE, Ca. branch office. IF YOU ARE A RESULTS-ORIENTED, ENTHUSIASTIC RECRUITER WITH at least 4 YEARS' AGENCY EXPERIENCE AND A PASSION FOR THE BUSINESS, WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!This is a unique opportunity with unlimited earnings potential RESPONSIBILITIES Use passive and direct sourcing techniques such as database mining, Internet searching, participating in and networking within associations, organizations, cold calling, and conducting and gathering competitive research on direct competitor organizations  Identify high-level candidates Conduct thorough prescreening and assessment of potential candidates Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates Drive the sourcing engine and continually market and influence business partners to conduct proactive interviews of top talent  Requirements Proven track record of making placements while working in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-oriented environment Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and applicant tracking databases a plus Temporary, Contract or Direct Hire placement experience Minimum 4 years' Staffing Industry experience in the TECHNICAL arena Network of LOCAL connections Excellent customer service skills Excellent written, verbal and communication skills  In addition to very competitive compensation (salary + monthly commissions), our employees enjoy benefits including:  holidays plus paid time off flexible spending account 401K choices of insurance for medical, dental, disability and optometry
