Executive/Professional/Technical Recruiter

Our firm is seeking an energetic, personable, and highly-motivated professional to join our team as a Technical Recruiter. Your role will be to help our clients identify and hire key positions within some of the most exciting companies and industries in North America and beyond. Our firm works with clients from Columbia, SC to London to Singapore.  If your goals are to work with the best service industry and  manufacturing companies out there, send  us your resume.

 

Daily responsibilities include: 
 - Recruiting candidates in multiple skill sets through referrals, networking, by utilizing our database, job postings, Internet recruiting websites, job fairs, etc. 
- Qualifying technical professionals for skill, proficiency, and suitability for each requirement.
- Maintaining and documenting candidate communication in our database.
- Scheduling phone screens and interviews for candidates. 
- Negotiating compensation and signing contracts with candidates.

The following skills are required:
- At least 1-2 years (preferably more than 5 years) of recruiting experience with a proven track record of filling job requirements.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task while keeping organized.
- Ability to negotiate.
- Experience with the following Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

 

Desired:
- Four year degree.

 

Compensation:
- Salary plus a very lucrative, performance-based commission plan with no caps or limits. Our Recruiters routinely earn $100,000+
