Executive Assistant to President/CEO, up to 55K

Dynamic non-profit company located in Downtown Boston is in need of a polished Executive Assistant to support their President/CEO. This person will be responsible for preparing correspondence, reports and presentations for meetings; coordinate project-based work; calendar and travel arrangements as well as expense reports; distribute and manage mail; field and screen telephone calls; meet and greet clients and visitors; maintain files,both hard copies and electronic; and other administrative duties as directed.

The qualified applicant must have at least 3 to 5 years supporting an executive. Must be proficient in MS Office and have experience using a Dictaphone.

Must be detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task in a fast paced working environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to maintain confidentiality.
