Todays Office Professionals is currently seeking 3 full-time Executive Assistants/Secretaries for a busy office in the Aurora area - right off of 1-25 and I-225!! This is a temp-to-possible hire position...As an executive secretary you will be responsible for supporting Project Management and team. Some of the functions include providing phone coverage, copier support, expense account and travel arrangement preparation, stocking office supplies as needed, coordinating/meeting scheduling and setup.Experience:3+ years of Executive Assistant or Secretarial experience. Qualifications: *Expert Internet, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook skills.*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.*Professional representation.*Work well under stressful environment.*Must work well in team environment with diverse group of people.
