Executive Admin Assistant (RL181710)

A leading global organization is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a 1 year contract to hire position. This position is to assist a department of 10+ individuals in a cutting-edge office. Experience with SAP is a plus.Must have detailed knowledge of MS Office Suite. Responsibilities:The incumbent will successfully organize and maintain office supplies and files. Schedules resources such as people, meetings, appointments, rooms, and equipment. Other duties include answering telephone calls, taking messages, sorting and distribution of mail and facsimiles, and make copies. Prepare, compose, and edit complex memos, documents and other correspondence. Prepares presentations, reports, spreadsheets and other documents. Performs all of the standard and some specialized and complex aspects of and Executive Administrative Assistant. Applies documented rules, past practices, or instruction on an independent level. Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is difficult or complex.
