ESTIMATOR In San Diego We Take Care of Our Employees!Salary: $85,000-$130,000+ DOEPrepare accurate estimates at schematic and design development level of design, meet deadlines, provide value engineering services, set up work breakdown structure, prepare task orders, deliver estimate in time allotted, direct and lead estimating team, review and estimate change orders, reconcile with GCs or peer review estimator, some travel required. Skills / Experience: OSPHD and/or medical project experience a plus. 7-10 + years construction industry experience, 5 + years estimating experience, intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, prefer experience in On-Screen take offs, good written and verbal skills, must be able to interact with clients; ability to prepare detailed, accurate estimates; must be able to lead estimating team, self-starter and self-directed, and able to multi- task and be flexible.
