Estate Manager
Requirements:
Candidate must have the ability to legally work in the US.
Must be available to travel between multiple estates with a valid passport and complete flexibility with time as you should expect up to 80% of your time will be moving around the globe. You will be the advance team to set up the arriving logistics so ensure all aspects of the property are in perfect order and preparedness.
Must have nothing less than 5 years experience within a private estate of substantial size and operations. Must be able to logically and analytically manage all aspects of the staff, grounds, mechanical and electrical systems. Must have stellar references and vendor relations in many areas to draw from.
Must be able to combine negotiation skills with analytical problem solving abilities that manage a seamless and smooth running estate.
A graduate degree is required.
Job Description:
A very prominent family with business involvements worldwide requires an Estate Manager to oversee all management duties for their multiple estate portfolio.
You will be responsible for all aspects of running large properties in a constant "state of readiness" condition.
You will be negotiating vendor agreements on behalf of the principle and ensuring that the condition of each property is perfect.
You will need to be available to travel and work well with others and manage staff
