Electronic Technician

Purpose: This position is responsible for providing basic designer/technician support within a single technical discipline. Specifically, this position will support the test functions of the Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing department. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Perform functional testing and troubleshooting on Injection Systems, Coil Products & Accessories. 2. Troubleshoot and repair equipment down to the printed circuit board level if necessary. 3.  Proficient in the technical skills and knowledge necessary to function in a single technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, QA, V&V, etc.). 4. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems through analytical skills. 5. Works under supervision and collaborates with engineers and higher-level technical staff to conduct and document identified technical activities.Technical / Behavioral Requirements: 1. Experienced in the use of basic test equipment such as DMM, Oscilloscope and Network Analyzers. 2. Analog and Digital troubleshooting experience at component level. 3. Experienced in testing and troubleshooting Imaging Coils and sub-assemblies with RF circuitry preferred. 4. 2  5 years overall experience 5. Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. 6. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems. 7. Proven ability to conduct & document technical activities typically identified by more experienced staff. 8. Strong competency in Customer Focus, Driving for Results, Integrity and Trust, Ethics and Values and Compassion.
