ENGINEERING TEHNICIAN
Spherion in partnership with Trimble of Huber Heights are recruiting for an experienced data management specialist.Requirements- Trouble-shooting and root cause analysis of units returned from the field. This includes both PCBA and box level evaluation.- Failure Report generation and communication to the appropriate functions within Trimble.- Interfacing with Product, Manufacturing, CTCT and Trimble factory personnel to communicate issues and gather information.- Verify the accuracy of Remedy CRM reports for returned products.- Assist in the developement of metrics regarding failure modes.- Identify/recommend possible product improvements based on evaluations.- Interface with customers to clarify failures modes as required.- Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or in progress) or 3-5 years experience in electronics/mechanical/optical service repairs.- Experience with root cause failure analysis.- Pay $20-$24/per hourTo apply please send a resume in a Word format to CarolineH@spherion-schulte.com OR go to www.spherion.appone.com to complete an application and attach a resume for review.
