Drywall Estimator/ Project Manager for Sunny FL! One of my best clients in the drywall industry just announced that they are searching for a talented Drywall Estimator/ Project Manager to head up their Fort Lauderdale location.  Even further, our company is in search of a results-oriented, strategic thinker, who can take the project from the bid, to the final stage in a smooth, timely manner. Our company is a well known contractor in the Southern Florida market.  They have a family-friendly atmosphere, where they strongly believe in taking care of their employees.  Our client is highly regarded in the industry, and is being very selective.  If you believe that this opportunity is right for you, please apply quickly. Qualified candidates will be contacted for further information. Daily Activities: You will be overseeing the newly bidded projects at our Fort Lauderdale location You will prepare complete labor and material estimates You will maintain blueprints, materials, and other pertinent information regarding the bidded project You will be correlating information with the architect and project managers You will be coordinating activities with the senior project managerRequirements: Qualified individuals must have 4+ years of experience in drywall project management Individuals must have 5+ years of experience in drywall estimating Two-year degree is preferred, but not required QuickBid OST software or The Edge software is preferred, but not requiredSalary:$80k + DOE.
