My best client, a family geared company, just contacted me to confidentially find them a hard working, tenacious Commercial Drywall Estimator for its location in Columbus.Their vision is to significantly grow its business, and we are in search of a self-disciplined, team player who can motivate others, as well as develop new clients. My client is being highly selective, so serious applicants only, please. You must have a proven track record in commercial drywall estimating! Job Responsibilities:· You will work in the drywall division of a leading general contractor in the area· You will estimate large commercial construction projects· You will be responsible for full take-offs for the drywall portion of the company Requirements:· You must have a BS Degree in Construction Management or Engineering· You must have a proven track record in commercial drywall estimating for project sizes between $10-$50 MM· Experience in projects such as health care, education, or retail is preferred· You must have excellent knowledge in Timberline Software or equivalent· QuickBid OST software is preferred as well, but not required Salary: $60k and up DOE. Excellent benefits including but not limited to: 401k plan, medical insurance, dental insurance, company vehicle/allowance, and paid vacation and holidays.
