Due to the tremendous growth in the past year, this organization is in need of a Sales Director to directly manage and build a sales team in Texas.
About The Position:
The Sales Director will be responsible for coaching and training sales reps, contracting with long term care facilities and maintaining/growing business. This position will report directly to the Vice President of the organization.
Skills/Qualifications:
To be immediately and seriously considered for this outstanding opportunity, you must have the following.
· Proven SUCCESSFUL performance managing and building sales teams in the healthcare services market.
· Solid experience selling/managing in the disease management market is preferred.
· Strong experience contracting with healthcare facilities and physicians.
· Strong (and documented) track record and exceptional leadership skills.
· A desire to mentor, train and coach sales team w/ ‘hands on’ approach
· Great business acumen with ability to travel when required.
· 4-year degree required.
· Candidate may reside in Austin/San Antonio, Houston or Dallas
Compensation: Base Salary between $95k - $115k w/ additional bonus and commissions totaling $160k. Benefits and Paid Expenses
