A little bit about us; The Denzel Group currently specializes in recruiting Information Technology professionals and is now looking to expand.  We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter that has a successful track record preferable in one of the following areas: Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting and Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, etc..  The Perm Recruiter is responsible for developing a client base, building and growing customer relationships, developing a candidate pool and ultimately placing the professional with a client.  At The Denzel Group you will have the opportunity to build your area of specialization underneath the Company umbrella.
 

Located in the rapidly expanding Lehigh Valley (Allentown, Bethlehem) area we specialize in placing Information Technology candidates in a variety of clients; including Life Sciences (bio-tech, bio-med, pharma, medical device, etc.), Technology, Manufacturing, Software, and Media to name a few.


Requirements: 

-  Minimum of 3 years in direct placement recruiting (Regardless of Industry) OR a minimum of 5 years of Corporate or HR Consulting Experience

-  A background in a full-life cycle recruiting environment

-  Outstanding sales techniques; including cold calling, client development and negotiating

-  Excellent phone skills

-  Direct sourcing (Headhunting) experience

-  Strong internet searching and computer abilities

-  Desire to earn unlimited compensation

-  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision

-  Exceptional communication skills

-  Self motivated

-  Competitive person who loves to succeed

-  Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities:

-  The ability to work the full life-cycle recruiting process including initial company contact, client agreement, sourcing qualified candidates, handling reference checks and ultimately placing candidates with the client

-  Prospecting for new clients through market analysis and increasing the footprint at companies where we do business.

-  Identify winning candidates from numerous sources including but not limited to:  networking, internet, job portals, direct sourcing (head hunting), etc.

-  Matching clients with winning candidates to generate placements

-  Conduct phone and in-person interviews for appropriate candidates

-  Knowledge of new and innovate search techniques
