My client has a Call-Center Customer Service position available in your area. The incumbent would be responsible for providing excellent customer service within a call center environment, answering high volumes of incoming calls, resolving difficult situations, making notations on client accounts, scheduling repairs, and dispatching field service technicians, engineers, and other repairmen. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a High School Diploma, call center or customer service experience, strong phone presence, and a great personality.
