Location: Lynchburg, VA 24501 Employment Type: Full Time, Employee Expected Duration: 2+ to 5 Years Pay Rate: 50,000.00 - 60,000.00 USD /yearExcellent Benefits Duties, Daily Tasks, and Responsibilities:  Develop recruiting strategies that will attract, select, and retain a qualified and diverse workforce  Implement tools and enhancements that increase the effectiveness of and streamlines existing recruiting processes  Place all external advertisements with pre-approved language and descriptions using all applicable media  Seek out and develop positive relationships with internal and external clients to maintain a pool of qualified job applicants  Develop creative methods of networking and sourcing candidates  Source, screen, and interview candidates for all corporate positions  Administer pre-employment assessment testing  Participate and/or facilitate career fairs, open houses, college recruiting, military recruiting and diversity recruiting activities  Provide recruiting assistance to other retail positions as requested  Assist HR business partners with recruiting/staffing related training as requested   Qualification, Professional Experience, Education:   Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field. Master’s degree in human resources or related field preferred  PHR or SPHR certification preferred  3 or more years of experience recruiting at all levels in a corporate environment  Knowledge of staffing best practices, recruiting and selection skills (focus on diversity) and strong strategic planning skills/experience  Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, decision making and development/planning skills  Proficiency in Microsoft Office software required  Some travel required  Position is located in Roanoke, VA.  Relocation assistance provided.
