Company Description Marketing operational support group Job Description Responsibilities for the Corporate Action Specialist Executive include: Provide support to multiple trading desks, including cash and position reconciliations, controls and any related queries corporate actions and dividends processing Confirming trades to brokers and back office Trade entry and any related queries Satisfy all customers, both internal and external, with their level of service Have the appropriate controls and procedures in order to ensure the products and positions are maintained in a controlled environment with minimal operational risk Required Skills 5-10 years total experience; minimum 5 years experience in a corporate action team in an international equities environment A strong knowledge of operational procedures and risk controls and an understanding of why these procedures are required Ability to work in a very detailed and meticulous manner High level of numeracy skills A developed understanding of Equities markets -- both domestic and overseas -- and particularly good experience with Equity Derivatives both listed and unlisted Good communication skills Ability to work in a pressured and fast paced environment Ability to create a sense of respect from superiors and peers A flexible approach to working hours and day-to-day responsibilities A pro-active approach and an aptitude for new and varied systems Company: Execu/Search Group Job Title: Corporate Action Specialist Executive Job Category: Logistics/Transportation Location: New York, NY 10001 Salary/Wage: 85,000.00 - 125,000.00 USD /year Reference Id: 173658
