Contract Recruiter (Part-Time)

We would like to speak with you if you have a strong background in creating competitive analysis, search plans, generating names, and qualifying candidates.  It is paramount that you bring these skills to the table upon hire; we desire an individual who will hit the ground running, one who has a strong foundation in ethical recruiting.  This position will require a personal commitment for professional growth, which will require additional non-work time to understand the searches, qualify candidates, and to research disciplines. 



Requirements

Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills, with a strong talent to effectively influence cross-functionally ranging from Presidents, VPs, Managers and individual contributorsDetail oriented with strong organizational skills particularly in managing your own schedule, setting deadlines, and follow-upStrong research and sourcing skills – ability to get past the “gate keeper,� gather information, and generate names. Strong computer skills--Windows XP, Word, Excel, Outlook -- and Internet savvyAbility to interview / assess / qualify, and drive projects to closureMust have a high passion for excellence
