The qualified Candidate will be experienced in placing professionals throughout all levels of technical organizations, including: IT, finance, risk management, and marketing positions. The Contract Recruiter will develop proactive recruiting strategies and effectively build talent pools for both present and future highly specialized opportunities. Experience recruiting for a broad range of positions preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

·  Full life cycle recruiting – implement effective sourcing strategies, pre-screen, interview, qualify and close candidates.

·  Utilize various recruiting methods including internet sourcing, networking and cold calling to source qualified candidates for positions.

·  Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiting staff.

·  Oversee and manage the entire recruitment process for each open role by developing effective job postings, identifying appropriate/effective sourcing strategies, developing quality screening questions, etc.

·  Negotiate and extend offers.

 

Requirements:

·  5+ years of recruitment experience, including 3-5 years of experience recruiting for IT, finance, risk management, and marketing positions.

·  Demonstrated track record in creative sourcing and identifying top talent.

·  Experience using, Web-based applicant tracking systems, internet recruitment tools, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.

·  Ability to handle a heavy volume of recruiting assignments.

·  BA or equivalent experience.
