Commercial Painting Estimator Growth Opportunity Estimator/Project Manager needed.  An Atlanta coatings contractor is expanding with excellent growth opportunity and needs an experienced Estimator.  Applicants must have experience in estimating, knowledge of take-offs, and estimating systems would be beneficial.  The right candidate will possess the following skills: strong construction knowledge, digital blue print reading skills, team oriented, honesty, and good analytical, written, and verbal skills. Responsibilities Include:-Estimating projects will hand off to the Project Manager -Analyzing and comprehending job specs, plans, and digital onscreen blueprints-Providing complete and accurate takeoffs -Providing complete estimates in proposal forms -Assessing labor requirements and developing materials budgets -Attending field walks and reviewing budgets to verify accuracy of bills of materials and labor requirementsQualifications:-Estimators with 3+ years of estimating experience is preferred -Commercial estimating, Industrial experience is helpful -Project experience such as schools, hospitals, jails, government buildings, high rise office, and apartment buildingsSalary Competitive Salary + bonus structure Benefits: 401k plan, health, dental, vision, paid vacation, and paid holidays    MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
