ATLANTA! Our client is looking for an experienced, self motivated estimator, who is ready to excel in one of the most exciting and challenging commercial markets in the country.  Our client is one of the most reputable design build general contractors in Atlanta, and is growing fast!  Work in a very fast paced, FUN, and most of all, family-like work environment.  The salary ranges from $60k-80k plus benefits and bonuses, with room for upward mobility into a senior role, as well as pre-construction! QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: 3 + years of experience as an Estimator. Conceptual, Negotiated, and Hard Bid Estimating Experience. Experience in Commercial Office, Medical, Retail, Education/Government or Industrial projects Experience with Timberline or other Bid Software a must Stable work history with a proven track record. Integrity, honesty, and loyalty. Will consider relocating the right person.  Construction Science/Management Degree or Equivalent Be able to read prints, manage budgets, and perform accurate take offs.
