Do you have what it takes to take this office to the next level by utilizing your extensive estimating experience and talents with a previous CG?  Do you have a minimum of 5+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor estimating commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail ground up and TI projects? Also, are you an excellent communicator with leadership skills as well as be motivated, aggressive and have a 4 year degree or equivalent experience? This is a key position as to the future growth and development of this construction leader. You will play a vital role and will be rewarded for your success.You need this as you will be responsible for Estimating projects from concept design through construction documents. Be prepared to participate in sales presentations and for estimating a variety of project sizes to $50+ million. Use your relationship skills to present estimates to clients and design consultants as well as internally. Manage multiple estimates and provide value engineering analysis. You will also be responsible for the complete estimates in all divisions.
