Estimator in Commercial Coatings Growing CompanyMy client, a reputable commercial painting contractor in the area, has hired my company to find them a hard working Commercial Painting Estimator due to recent growth and expansion.  Contact me right away if you are interested in this position.Job Duties:§ Provide complete and accurate take-offs § Determine and write the scope of work for each project § You will provide complete estimates in proposal forms, and assess labor requirements § Develop materials budgets § Attend field walks and review budgets to verify accuracy of bills of materials and labor requirements § Prepare complete labor and material estimates § Maintain a strong relationship with current clients § Coordinate any activities with others involved on the projects Job Experience:§ 5-8 years of commercial paint estimating is required § A proven track record in commercial paint estimating is mandatory § Applicants MUST have an aggressive attitude§ Must have good verbal and written communication skills § Strong time management skills § Good attention-to-detail skills § Excellent follow-up skills § Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team Salary:$80,000 + depending on experiencePerformance-Bonus is awarded to be discussed per company discretionBenefits include: 401k plan, health, vision, car allowance, cell phone, paid vacation, and paid holidays   MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
