Qualifications: Candidates should have 15+ years of experience with a development organization and 5+ years in the role of Architect or CTO in a small-to-mid sized software vendor. Technology requirements center on the design and delivery of scalable, robust, extensible web applications based on the J2EE enterprise platform with to include: Web UI (HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript). Web Applications (Servlets, JSP, EJB). Application Servers (JDBC, Oracle, DB2; Linux; WebSphere). And a focus on the areas of: Performance. Usability.
