Call Center Customer Representative

Great temp-perm opportunity for experienced Call Center Professional. Previous experience handling in-bound calls for busy Livonia location. Responsibilities include answering questions about payment issues and a wide variety of other concerns the customer may have. Must have the ability to apply the proper procedures to identified tasks, accuracy and attention to detail are important. In bound calls average 80+ per day.
