CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - eCOMMERCE

Our client is a growing food company, looking for a career oriented Customer Service Representative, with internet - ecommerce experience. Your responsibilities include working in the Customer Service and Order Management Department.  The right individual must be very customer service focused, and work well in a team culture.  The environment is fast paced, and requires the person to multi-task well, and meet deadlines. Qualifications:MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS.  You must be willing to pick-up the telephone. MUST BE computer literate, including Word and Excel, computer usage, and typing skills.  MUST HAVE 1-2 years previous customer service experience, preferably in the food industry.  You must be able to be firm with customers, but courteous.MUST HAVE strong experience with the Internet - ecommerce, and the ability to download and upload.College degree preferred.
