CONTACT CENTER AGENTS WANTED! The position entails taking incoming calls from benefit plan participants in our state-of-the-art contact center. Candidates must have good oral and written communication skills. Explaining complex benefit information to plan participants. Utilizing multiple software applications simultaneously. Previous experience working with HMOs, insurance, finance, and human resources departments are highly valued. Bilingual skills are a plus.
