Business Development Manager (Account Manager)

Verity Professionals is currently looking for an internal Business Development (Account) Manager for it's office located in Alpharetta.

The right person is someone who is not afraid of knocking on doors, meeting the decision makers and creating new business.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

* Create business opportunities by calling on existing and/or potential clients

* Call on high level clients (Partner/Director/Senior Manager)

* Qualify accounts to build a greater organization client base

* Develop sales strategies in conjunction with management to maximize account penetration

* Understand a targeted client's key business requirements

* Work with one of our internal Business Units to close and support business

* Be responsible for day-to-day management of client accounts

Required Skills: * Minimum of 2-4 years of IT Staffing Sales or IT Consulting Sales experience

* Minimum of 4 years of total Sales experience

* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Must have a documented track record of success in Staffing or Consulting sales

* Must be a self-motivated team player and possess high levels of integrity
