Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of a Branch Manager is to coordinate staff activities in all office operations including sales, placement and administration. The Branch Manager’s objective is to achieve sales and profit goals for the office while operating according to the companies standards, policies, procedures and guidelines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily branch sales. Business development. Identify hiring needs for a variety of corporations. Utilize skill marketing and email campaigns to generate job orders. Oversee day-to-day branch operations. Supervise recruiters and staffing associates. Recruit, interview and select applicants for client job orders.
Requirements:Previous business-to-business, sales or customer service relations experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines. Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of accomplishment. Possess a proven record of success in developing, establishing and maintaining accounts. Previous management experience helpful, but strong leadership skills are more important. Some college preferred, but not required. Previous account management experience necessary. Position requires strong experience in cross selling, recruiting, and client relations.
