Branch Manager--Admin/Clerical Staffing Firm

The Selling Branch Manager is accountable for creating and implementing a successful marketing strategy to meet and exceed sales target for developing an affective staff to assist in achieving branch’s financial goals.  We are seeking someone with prior general staffing with emphasis in Administrative and Clerical experience.  Our company is seeking a highly motivated sales professional with management experience to run daily operations and sales efforts to our office.

This includes the overall responsibility for:

1.  Effective management of staff

2.  Hiring, developing, and mentoring sales and recruiting staff

3.  Develop effective recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates for internal staff positions

4.  Implementing a consistent business development

5.  Develop and grow client base by marketing our services for staffing solutions

6.  Develop new accounts and increase revenue of existing accounts through telemarketing and outside sales activities

7.  Achieving profit results consistent with established expectations

8.  Implement, monitor and comply with company programs

9.  Strategize with managers and teammates to accomplish business growth goals

10.  Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability

11.  Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all branch activities

Job Requirements:

1.  Previous experience in sales and a minimum of 4-5 years experience in a management or leadership role in the staffing industry (Admin/Clerical)

2.  Accounting Business Development background, preferred but not required

3.  Solid organizational, written, and verbal skills

4.  Polished sales professional understanding how to grow relationships through networking, account penetration, and new business development

5. Must be a lead-by-example person, who knows how to sell, motivate, groom, mentor, and grow a staff
