Branch Manager
We are looking for a Branch Manager to add to our Team. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Branch Manager’s responsibility is to provide leadership to plan, organize, and direct activities and strategies for assigned branch to assure that operational and financial performance is maintained. Must Be:
· A decision-maker responsible for growing the branch's revenue.
· Responsible for mentoring and managing a successful staff.
· A relationship builder and people person
· Reach and exceed Branch Sales Goals
Must have Staffing Industry Experience!
Key responsibilities:Ensure top branch performance in sales, service delivery, customer and employee retention, recruiting, operational efficiency and expense management Set Financial Goals for Branch office – lead, mentor and guide team to exceed that goal!Create, maintain and build relationships with key customers and business leaders, internal and external to ARS, to achieve maximum profitability Improve and monitor customer and employee satisfaction in all facets of the business Select, train, manage and develop branch staff
