Volt Services Group currently has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Personnel Assistant in our Mission Viejo Branch. This position offers an excellent employment opportunity for a self-motivated individual, who thrives on a fast pace and wants to bring their creativity and enthusiasm to a team-oriented, office environment. The primary responsibilities of the Front Desk/Personnel Assistant include answering busy, front desk phones; scheduling appointments; assisting new applicants through our application, evaluation and orientation processes; preparing weekly reports; handing out temporary employee paychecks and timecards; assisting the Staffing Specialists with pre-screening candidate resumes and contacting them to schedule interviews; maintaining an orderly appearance of the reception area; ordering supplies, and performing various general clerical functions with positive professionalism. This position also includes consistent telephone interaction with customers, as well as telephone and direct interaction with temporary employees.
