Benefits Administrator

Our client needs a Benefit Administrator who can step in immediately. This contract opportunity is expected to last three months.

 

Job Responsibilities

  Monitor benefit plan expenses to budget Review claim expenses to working rates for self-insured plans Maintenance of SPDs, Plan Documents, and 5500s Participate on claim appeal committee Direct call center on escalated employee concerns Advise benefits representatives on ongoing administration Work with HRIS team on automated administration issues regarding data and file feeds Serve as event coordinator for Benefits and Wellness fairs attended by 3,000+ employees Draft benefit communications for annual enrollment, new hires, and ongoing administration Ensure compliance with all regulations Implement new Retiree Medical Savings Account Respond to inquiries from employees, call center, management, and executive team

Job Qualifications

  5-7 years benefits administration experience including Open Enrollment administration Familiarity with Health & Welfare plans and administration Excellent communications skills
