Area Manager-Recruiting Professional Services

Description:1) Develop/mentor the sales and recruiting force to drive/increase revenue 2) Provide overall direction for the division and assist the sales force with developing new business within the market 3) Aid the sales force in training the recruiters and support staff 4) Deliver high quality service to new and existing customers and contract employees 5) Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service 6) Manage the front and back office operations including P & L and increasing GP 7) Comprehend complex job orders 8) Communicate effectively with buying influences 9) Resolve problems or complaints of customers and/or contract employees 10) Build solid professional relationships with customers, contract employees and staffQualifications:The Area Manager is primarily responsible for the overall direction of the professional recruiters, sales force, and support staff. The Area Manager will need to increase revenue and gross profit for the division. The candidate will need to have been successful with developing new business in the current market. Bachelor's degree preferred in sales/marketing, business administration or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years previous recruiting experience in a technical service industry required. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
