Area Manager- Professional Services

Description:1) Develop/mentor the sales and recruiting force to drive/increase revenue2) Provide overall direction for the division and assist the sales force with developing new business within the market3) Aid the sales force in training the recruiters and support staff4) Deliver high quality service to new and existing customers and contract employees 5) Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service6) Manage the front and back office operations including P & L and increasing GP7) Comprehend complex job orders8) Communicate effectively with buying influences9) Resolve problems or complaints of customers and/or contract employees10) Build solid professional relationships with customers, contract employees and staffQualifications:The Area Manager is primarily responsible for the overall direction of the professional recruiters, sales force, and support staff. The Area Manager will need to increase revenue and gross profit for the division. The candidate will need to have been successful with developing new business in the current market.Bachelor's degree preferred in sales/marketing, business administration or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years previous recruiting experience in a technical service industry required. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
