FIRM BACKGROUND
Since 1959, Giuliani Associates has provided architectural services to the transportation industry. As specialists in architecture, design, and planning, our staff of architects, planners, and designers works with over fifty national clients to provide architecture, interior and graphic design, feasibility studies, program development and planning. POSITIONS
Project Managers
Giuliani Associates is searching for Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to oversee new projects. Project Managers report directly to Project Principals. This position oversees Project Architects and Designers in a studio environment.
Requirements include an architectural license and eight years of experience. Skills required include MS Office; Deltek Vision; AutoDesk AutoCAD or Revit; and the ability to communicate design ideas both verbally and graphically with a project team. Prior experience in the design of aviation projects and LEED certification are desired.
Responsibilitiesinclude day to day oversight of projects and attending project meetingswith clients and owner representatives. Project Managers are responsible for writing proposals, project estimating and scheduling.
Designers
Giuliani Associates is seeking individuals with a Master of Architecture from a NAAB accredited school. Knowledge of MS Office, Deltek Vision, Revit, 3D Studio, and Sketchup is required. A license to practice architecture is not a requirement, however, IDP and at least 2 years experience in a commercial design firm are desired.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Due to the nature of projects this position requires U.S. citizenship.
Applicants shall have excellent people, verbal and non-verbal (sketching) communications skills. The ability to lead people is a must. Candidate shall be able to articulate design thoughts and creative solutions and be comfortable at speaking in public.
